Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in agreement consultation and management or executive sales at a technology company.
Experience in agreement negotiations for IT sector products and services, agreement drafting, C-level stakeholder management, and working directly with customers.
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently in order to draft legal agreements and communicate with clients from Greater China.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing complex agreement structures and drafting agreements on the unique legal requirements.
Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and project management of a contract with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
Experience solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting.
Excellent project management and problem solving skills, with the ability to present findings and lead multiple time-sensitive projects.
Excellent business acumen, communication, influencing, and complex objection handling skills.
