Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in agreement consultation and management or executive sales at a technology company.
- Experience in agreement negotiations for IT sector products and services, agreement drafting, C-level stakeholder management, and working directly with customers.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently in order to draft legal agreements and communicate with clients from Greater China.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing complex agreement structures and drafting agreements on the unique legal requirements.
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and project management of a contract with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
- Experience solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting.
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills, with the ability to present findings and lead multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent business acumen, communication, influencing, and complex objection handling skills.
