Responsibilities:
Develops Excel tools for cash compensation processes to be used by whole Comp&Ben team.
Coordinates of Annual review covering base salary, bonuses, and deferred compensation
Provides advice and cooperation with HR Business Partners and managers from appointed business line on various compensation cases and projects
Prepares management information and analysis based on marked data, being up to date with market trends on compensation policies and practices, especially in banking
Assists in ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost effective reward policies and practices.
Contributes to developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, managing the key areas of reward, and liaising with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
Being fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process as well as able to provide input on more complex issues.
Contributes to resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
4 -8 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on advanced MS Excel proficiency
Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
High analytical skills, ability to efficiently work with complex data from various sources
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Fluent business English and Polish
