The Compensation & Benefits Consultant is a position located in HR division and this role is responsible for consumer banking area.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination of Annual review covering base salary, bonuses, and deferred compensation;
Providing advice and cooperation with HR Business Partners and managers from appointed business line on various compensation cases and projects;
Preparing management information and analysis based on marked data, being up to date with market trends on compensation policies and practices, especially in banking;
Prioritizing benefit schemes in the Company based on market data and trends;
Keeping compensation procedures compliant with up to date business needs and external regulations;
Cooperation with external partners on job matching, annual increases, fair pay review etc. in appointed business line.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 year experience in Reward and Mobility or other function that requires work with analytical data;
University degree;
MS Office especially Excel proficiency;
Focus on details;
High analytical skills, ability to efficiently work with complex data from various sources;
Fluent business English and Polish
Knowledge onglobal mobility and/orremuneration regulations for banking would be an advantage.
