What you will be doing:
Design, develop, test, and deploy generative AI solutions for ITSM using innovative frameworks and tools, such as GPT-4, Mixtral, Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
Design and implement automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.
Research and evaluate the latest trends and advances in generative AI and ITSM and propose new ideas and features to improve customer experience.
Create visually compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to our customers.
Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the ITSM solutions, and follow the best practices and standards of software engineering.
Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions for the program (collaborating with development team), including configuring and customizing software applications, defining service catalogs, developing automation workflows, and integrating systems.
Apply AI and ML techniques to improve the application functionality and usability, such as natural language processing, deep learning, or chatbots.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
12+ years of experience in software development, architecture, data science, AI/ML.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Go, Rust and Scala, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Nomad and Kubernetes
Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks and libraries.
End-to-End Project Management: Lead all aspects of the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules, Mid server configurations, as well as platform capabilities including workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and data imports.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Jelly, JSON, CSS, AngularJS, jQuery
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Deep background and understanding of Machine Learning: developing, training, and applying machine learning models across large operational datasets.
Experience with pre-training & fine-tuning LLM models and working on ML frameworks such as SKLearn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Tensorflow.
Hands-on experience with developing and deploying Service Now's Performance analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, NLU, NLQ, Automation Discovery and Virtual Agent features
Experience with using LLMs and RAG to provide knowledge, root cause analysis to assist SREs resolving incidents and tickets.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction with a passion for creating innovative solutions for ITSM and ITOM using AI and ML.
