Some of the main tasks will include:

  • Gathering information, processing expenses, and reconciling them.
  • Entering supplier invoices.
  • Posting journal entries with accounting allocations.
  • Entering data into accounting and management systems.
  • General administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative accounting tasks: 0–1 year.
  • Student of Public Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Basic to intermediate English language skills.
  • Intermediate Excel level.
