Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

1. Native／Fluentレベルの日本語ならびにビジネスレベルの英語をお持ちの方
2. 分析・数量・コミュニケーション能力に優れている方
3. リーダーシップと協調性を併せ持つ方
4. エクセル、パワーポイント、ワードなどを使える方
5. 日本国内の大学または大学院を2026年4月から2027年3月までにご卒業・修了予定の方。
6. 2025年夏に国内（弊社東京オフィス）にて行われる選考プロセス、およびサマー・ワークショップに全日程参加可能な方。

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

1. Native or Fluent level of Japanese language skills and business level English
2. Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skill
3. Excellent leadership and collaborative skill
4. Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
5. Expected graduation date between April 2026 and March 2027 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
6. Can attend, in our Tokyo office, the interview process and the Summer Workshop for the entire period
