Corporate Analyst Development Program (“CADP”)では1日間のサマー・ワークショップを開催します。CADPは2年間でCorporate Analystとしてのスキルを身につけることができるプログラムです。1日間のサマー・ワークショップではCADPで経験できるプロジェクト例やプログラムに参加する部署に対する理解を深めていただけます。同時にJ.P.モルガンのカルチャーにも触れていただくことができます。

Job responsibilities

• J.P.モルガンのCADP（オペレーションズ)についての知識と理解を深める
• 参加者やJ.P.モルガンの社員と交流し、ネットワークを広げる

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

1. 分析・数量・コミュニケーション能力に優れている方
2. リーダーシップと協調性を併せ持つ方
3. エクセル、パワーポイント、ワードなどを使える方
4. Native／Fluentレベルの日本語ならびにビジネスレベルの英語をお持ちの方
5. 日本国内の大学または大学院を2026年4月から2027年3月までにご卒業・修了予定の方
6. 日本国内で正社員として就労可能な資格をお持ちの方
7. 2025年夏に国内（弊社東京オフィス）にて行われる選考プロセス、およびサマー・ワークショップに全日程参加可能な方

Corporate Analyst Development Program (“CADP”) will host a 1-day Summer Workshop this year. CADP is a 2 year program in which you will be able to develop the professional skills you require as a corporate analyst. In our 1 day program, you will learn about each of these departments and the types of projects you would be involved with during CADP. Through networking and information sessions you will be able to learn about our business and culture at J.P. Morgan.

• Network with fellow participants and employees at J.P. Morgan

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

1. Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
2. Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
3. Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4. Native or fluent level of Japanese and business level English language skills
5. Expected graduation date between April 2026 and March 2027 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
6. You must have the right to work for J.P. Morgan in Japan on a full time basis in order to be considered for this summer workshop
7. Can attend, in our Tokyo office, the interview process and the Summer Workshop for the entire period
