Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
- Experience building a book of business.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to coach sellers internally and interact with customers externally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or competing products.
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
- Experience managing and inspiring high-performance sales teams.
- Knowledge of the French marketing ecosystem and experience working with French clients.
- Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution and ability to model and coach behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, and objection handling.
- Ability to work in a changing environment with a proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
