Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Experience building a book of business.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to coach sellers internally and interact with customers externally.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or competing products.
Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
Experience managing and inspiring high-performance sales teams.
Knowledge of the French marketing ecosystem and experience working with French clients.
Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution and ability to model and coach behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, and objection handling.
Ability to work in a changing environment with a proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
