Description
- Support existing partners with operations related enquiries. This includes supporting the enablement of new platform features and support of billing, reporting and testing activities.- Working closely with the Marketing team, you will support the review of marketing material and partner app UI and UX flows to ensure they meeting Apple standards.- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements to processes, systems and tools.- Ability to manage by influence key relationships with cross-functional internal teams and partner organisations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing operational processes.
- Experience in managing programs or partner onboarding processes across a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication, problem solving, influencing and decision-making.
- Outstanding time management, documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with, and deliver change across, operational functions.
- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements.
- Able to define processes and requirements under sometimes ambiguous conditions.
- Ability to manage by influence key relationships with cross-functional internal teams and partner organisations.
