Non FS Risk Analyst - Manager
- Experience of Agile software delivery and waterfall as well to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and have an understanding of deliverables required for each methodology
- Candidate should have 8-11 years experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large Financial Services projects
- Proven experience as Business Analyst with a bank on Non-financial risk side
- At least 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or similar areas
- Work with project manager and business sponsors to scope and analyse the area of analysis
- Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements
- Lead business requirement gathering session and document requirements to create business requirement specification document
- Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skills
- Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams
- Good understanding of financial products and Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes
- Critical thinking and ability to anticipate issues & plan stakeholder elicitation sessions
- Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Business Case, Estimation, Scoping
Domain And Business Knowledge
- Good understanding of Global regulations like BASEL, BCBS 239 etc.
- Exposure in Risk management, Risk assessment or Regulatory Compliance.
- Process change experience – Agile methodology (Mandatory) and tools
- Understanding of Non Fin Risk (Operational/ Residual & Inherent Risk)
- Exposure to ServiceNow modules (Like TPRM, IRM, PPM) will be an added advantage
- Exposure to other eGRC tools like MetricStream, Service Now GRC, IBM OpenPages will be an added advantage.
- Other Skills: Communication, Data Analysis, Presentation for RFP’s, MS Office etc.
Desirable and Preferred Skills:
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across organization
- Successfully partnering with technology and business to define requirements and drive issue resolution
- Experience in BPM project plans and facilitates working group sessions throughout all phases of the BPM process. Monitors, documents and presents process improvements.
- Prior experience working in consulting role
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
- Strong Delivery Credentials
