Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad portfolio of diverse technology projects to provide web, mobile, and integration solutions
- Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best application engineering talent
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years leading software engineering teams
- At least 5years experiencewith object-oriented programming and design, including Java
- At least 5years experiencein developing web applications, architectural standards and SOA technologies
- years experiencein agile development and methodologies (i.e. scrum master)
- Experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale
- Experience with rapid prototyping and interface design testing
- Experience in all or some of the following technologies: Java, Ruby, Python, Go, C++, Rust Scala, HTML5, LAMP STACK, and general web development technologies
- Strong engineering and technology background
