Responsibilities:

- Manage a broad portfolio of diverse technology projects to provide web, mobile, and integration solutions

- Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best application engineering talent

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 5 years leading software engineering teams

• At least 5years experiencewith object-oriented programming and design, including Java

• At least 5years experiencein developing web applications, architectural standards and SOA technologies

• years experiencein agile development and methodologies (i.e. scrum master)

• Experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale

• Experience with rapid prototyping and interface design testing

• Experience in all or some of the following technologies: Java, Ruby, Python, Go, C++, Rust Scala, HTML5, LAMP STACK, and general web development technologies

• Strong engineering and technology background
