Paralegal - Marketing and Advertising

Your role:

• Provide paralegal support to attorneys and business teams, ensuring marketing and advertising materials comply with approved claims lists and regulatory requirements.

• Review and advise on marketing content across various media, including social media, websites, brochures, and trade show materials.

• Participate in marketing claims development meetings, collaborating with legal, regulatory, and marketing professionals.

• Draft and review agreements, including professional services and consulting contracts, using template agreements and coordinating with attorneys as needed.

• Maintain legal files, assist with special projects, and support legal training initiatives. This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing and advertising review for medical devices, healthcare services, or a regulatory environment.

• Your skills include contract drafting, marketing content compliance, legal research, and regulatory understanding. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) is required.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or related experience (Paralegal certificate preferred but not required).

• You’re a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with remote and onsite teams.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $33.00 to $43.00.
