Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and lead for all assignedprograms

• Define, document, and manage programobjectives,metrics, roadmap,risks, issues, dependencies, andchanges

• Develop and track detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones usingappropriate tools, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and withinbudget

• Establish andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and team members, providing day-to-day contact on project status andupdates

• Developeffectivecommunications and documentation to report status, risks, and issuesto a variety of audiences from engineer toexecutive

• Monitor performance of programs and business operationsusingKPIs, metrics, and other quantitative and qualitative measurements

• Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings
