Job Overview
Key responsibilities include: Provide support to lead PMs as needed to ensure successful program execution. Prepare, maintain and drive schedules to milestones. Prepare for, support or lead internal or customer program reviews. Create presentations, write reports and develop other contract deliverable documents. Lead proposal teams to develop estimates and prepare responses to customer RFPs. Understand the scope, requirements, and interdependencies of assigned programs. Establish regular communications with upper management and other stakeholders regarding program status, schedule trends, risk management, mitigation and recovery actions. Interface with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Mission Development and other internal functional groups as required to accomplish program objectives. In general, perform whatever duties are necessary to ensure successful program execution.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• 1+ year of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
Preferred Qualifications
· A current or recent Top Secret (TS/SI) security clearance
· Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office applications
· Hands-on scheduling proficiency using GANTT charts or Agile tools/methodologies
Experience with:
Government contracting and classified government programs
Confluence, JIRA tool suite and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies
Creating government proposal estimates, cost and technical volumes
Wireless telecommunications and digital signal processing communities
· Certifications:
PMP Project Management Professional
CSM Certified Scrum Master

Pay range:
$120,000.00 - $180,000.00
