Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Define, manage and drive the execution of the category assortment planning strategy across all channels, DTC and WHS
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the BU category strategy at POS through the definition of specific Channel Assortment plans using historical data, market trends, competitor intel, global/market strategy and input collected from key stakeholders in market and local countries to fulfil the consumer needs across channels that reflects the category vision and the role that each channel, customer segments and store doors needs to play.
- Drive category differentiation across all channels, customer segments, RTL store clusters and WHS accounts
- Foster alignment between Market BU teams and Market Channel teams.
- Drive input and feedback sessions within BU and Range Architecture teams to ensure that Assortment Plans needs are reflected based on channel/customer segment/RTL store cluster needs.
- Drive the collaboration and input/feedback sessions with the Wholesale and DTC channel teams to attain optimal Assortment Plans for their accounts.
- Foster collaboration with BU and RA team to streamline the market range based on horizontal reviews at key milestones to enhance sell in process simplicity.
- Build strong, high integrity business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Distinct track record of success and high-level merchandising knowledge
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. Marketing, Sales, etc.) and support functions, as well as different organizational levels (Market-Local)
- Strong industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel, and accessories—and across all BUs and Channels.
- Expert understanding of markets’ consumers, channels, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs.
Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualification:
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 5-6 years of typical relevant work experience
