Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer service (OTIF) and inventory turns goals by collaborating with Global SCM, commercial team and other functions including site and global meeting such as SIOE, PSOM, Inventory review, to provide update, generate report for KPI and escalate issue when necessary.
- Lead and provide coaching and guidance to a team of production planners, material and inter-site buyers
- Develop master production plan based on demand forecasts, available capacity and inventory policy.
- Ensure effective coordination with the commercial department to schedule new orders, expedite or reschedule to meet customer requirements
- Ensure raw material and packaging material availability for production. Coordinate with cross function to ensure raw material tested and released on time for production. Support raw material investigation when necessary.
- Support new product introduction (TTEP) to site. Ensure new raw material, packaging material, new SKU set up are ready on time for new product implementation
- Oversee production planning and scheduling using SAP to achieve productivity and ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Review MRP outputs to ensure all required actions are managed accordingly and SAP material master data, planning parameters and production master data are maintained correctly and up to date.
- Supporting the accountability and transparency of progress through regular reporting, documentation and collection / validation of key metrics
- Monitor and optimum material (raw material, packaging material, SFG and FG) inventory levels based upon forecast, safety stock and/or strategic product importance. Minimize write off for all materials
- Benchmarking, both internal and external, to drive continuous improvement and alignment to SCM best practice
- Act as deputy for Senior SCM Manager and other duties as assigned by the manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain management or equivalent.
- Minimum eight years of direct working experience in Supply Chain Management experience in aGMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment including 3 years as a people manager.

- Highly organized to follow through actions to completion under tight datelines.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency and other MS office applications.
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.
