Description
Compensation: Advise on local and global compensation initiatives. Competence in interpreting internal compensation framework and external market survey data. Identifying emerging trends.Special Projects: Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects as identified.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • Experience in a HR Management, and/or HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and coaching senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member.
  • Experience leading global projects of all sizes
  • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
  • Thorough and attentive to details
  • Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead
  • Excel skills are desired
  • Workday knowledge is a plus
Education & Experience
BA/BS or equivalent is preferred A rotation in an Organizational Development or Project center of excellence would be an added plus.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $94,300 and $142,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
