Description
Business Knowledge: • Build in-depth understanding of Apple, our culture, leadership teams and the departments key business drivers and challenges. Organisational Development: • Partner with leadership teams to understand current and future business goals and trends that may impact work force needs and initiatives. • Proactively engage with leaders on the people strategy to ensure global alignment where necessary. • Enable the successful running of the organisation through workforce planning, organisation design and structure. Talent and Performance Management: • Partner with leadership to design and deliver appropriate talent strategies that will identify talent, development priorities, and succession plans. • Promote a performance culture through effective utilisation of internal tools on Talent Planning, Development, Performance Reviews, and Total Compensation Planning. Talent Acquisition:• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs with a focus on I&D, interviewing and Compensation. HR Metrics: • Track, report and present on various People insights like; compensation, retention, attrition, inclusion & diversity and other necessary data. • Recommend programs and/or improvements to enhance the employee experience and overall management of the business. Special Projects: • Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects in line with our People Strategy locally and globally. General: • Team player that contributes to the overall success of the People team and organisation • Works in close partnership with key cross functional partners like DNAs, Inclusion & Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, HR Legal, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Support, Wellness, Learning and Development, Finance, and Payroll; the Senior People Business partner consults and advises Leadership on key talent opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting teams and leaders across multiple countries
  • Experience coaching and mentoring leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation
  • Experience using data to provide People insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in a multinational organisation
  • Experience in partnering with Senior Leaders in a multicultural organisation with circa 1000+ Employees
  • Experience of effective implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
  • Proficient skills in creating presentations and analysing large data sets
  • Proven success in organisational change and talent strategies
  • Coaching qualification
