Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including executives, engineers, and purchasing managers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and technical support, to deliver value-added solutions and services to customers.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions for Honeywell Process Solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on automation solutions, technology trends, and best practices.
Represent Honeywell Process Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial automation or process industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, including distributed control systems (DCS), process safety systems, advanced control solutions, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional languages a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
