In this role, you will:

  • Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
  • Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
  • Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancements
  • Participate in initiatives and implement Treasury Management products and service


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Treasury Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Payables customer implementations
  • Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, ISO, etc.)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online, WebMethods, Designer, and Connexion
  • Experience reading and analyzing EDI, Flat File, XML, ISO and other industry standard file formats
  • Experience in Data Analysis, UAT/QA Testing, and SDLC
  • Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, complex, and rapidly changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms
  • Experience interacting directly with external clients/customers
  • Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts (technical, non-technical, peers, management)
  • Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams

Job Expectations:

  • Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently 3 days in office
  • Preferred locations are listed in the posted and no other locations are being considered at this time
  • This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personalinvesting; affectedemployees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range

$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
