This is a hybrid position based inNaarm – Melbourne.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead complex immigration engagements across sectors, delivering tailored visa strategies to senior executives and global mobility teams.
- Drive business development by identifying market gaps, expanding service offerings, and leveraging cross-functional relationships.
- Represent EY in high-impact forums, including government taskforces and industry briefings, while collaborating globally to deliver seamless immigration solutions.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and resilient culture.
Skills and attributes for success
- Must be practicing Australian lawyer or registered migration agent
- Need at least 10 years’ experience in Australian immigration practice including managing corporate immigration programs at scale
- Have experience in a corporate (professional services or legal preferred) environment
