About The Role:

You will play a key role in driving market insights, supporting product launches, and enhancing commercial performance across France, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across France.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Strategic Marketing Support
    • Assist in the development and execution of the HPB marketing strategy in France
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform positioning and messaging
    • Support the creation of localized marketing materials and campaigns
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Contribute to product launch planning and execution in collaboration with ETM and EBX Product Managers
    • Monitor product performance and support initiatives to optimize adoption and usage
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with the French sales force to ensure alignment on product messaging and value proposition
    • Collaborate with the Northern Europe marketing team to share best practices and harmonize regional strategies
  • Event & Education Support
    • Coordinate with clinical teams and KOLs for workshops, congresses, and training events
    • Support the development of educational content and tools for healthcare professionals
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Provide regular updates to the French Marketing Manager on project progress, KPIs, and market dynamics
    • Provide regular Updates to the French FSO
    • Track and report on campaign effectiveness and product uptake

What Are We Looking For In You:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Strong interest in medical devices and healthcare innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in French and English (B2+)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Prior internship or experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
