About The Role:
You will play a key role in driving market insights, supporting product launches, and enhancing commercial performance across France, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across France.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Strategic Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of the HPB marketing strategy in France
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform positioning and messaging
- Support the creation of localized marketing materials and campaigns
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Contribute to product launch planning and execution in collaboration with ETM and EBX Product Managers
- Monitor product performance and support initiatives to optimize adoption and usage
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the French sales force to ensure alignment on product messaging and value proposition
- Collaborate with the Northern Europe marketing team to share best practices and harmonize regional strategies
- Event & Education Support
- Coordinate with clinical teams and KOLs for workshops, congresses, and training events
- Support the development of educational content and tools for healthcare professionals
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates to the French Marketing Manager on project progress, KPIs, and market dynamics
- Provide regular Updates to the French FSO
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness and product uptake
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong interest in medical devices and healthcare innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in French and English (B2+)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Prior internship or experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
