Our Purpose


As an Omnichannel Marketing Graduate based in Athens orThessalonikiGreece, you will play a key role in enabling digital and remote engagement tactics, supporting the localization of EMEA campaigns, and driving brand presence across multiple touchpoints. You will work at both cluster and local levels, with exposure to digital marketing, content creation, event execution, customer engagement, and supply chain coordination.

This is a 12 month temporary Graduate contract staring in September 2025.

You will:


• Join a dynamic regional marketing team focused on modernizing how we engage with healthcare professionals.
• Own and support omnichannel initiatives, including social media campaigns, digital education, and hybrid events.
• Gain experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, education, and operations.
• Support the execution of localized marketing in Greece, with a strong digital focus for the region.

Key Responsibilities


Cluster-Level (Eastern Cluster)


• Lead or support creation of digital and social media content (posts, graphics, campaign assets) for regional campaigns.
• Localize and adapt EMEA omnichannel materials (emails, landing pages, brochures, videos) for regional and local execution.
• Coordinate remote engagement initiatives, including webinars, virtual meetings, and recordings.
• Drive back-order communication support, aligning with marketing and supply chain field teams.
• Analyze marketing and education ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics post-activation.

Local-Level (Greece Focus)


• Support the execution of marketing initiatives tailored to the Greek market, aligned with local customer needs.
• Ensure local presence at Greek congresses, customer meetings, and events (including logistics and brand execution).
• Propose and execute local campaigns or activations that complement regional strategies.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and agendas for education and engagement events.
• Provide marketing and campaign support to local sales teams.


Your Qualifications


• Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Management or Business.
• Fluent in English and Greek (C1/C2).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Creative mindset with attention to design and customer engagement.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of design/video tools (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere or Canva) and social media platforms is a plus.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and driving impact through marketing.
