As Customer Incentive Plan Analyst, you will play a key role in the Integrated Business Operations division. In this role you will be able

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

• Reviewing Rebate and MDF claims and ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to 3M Global Financial Standards.

• Provide payment to customers about MDF / Rebate claims requests.

• May include coordination of various activities relevant for processes, including responding to general business and process related questions or issues.

• Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure stakeholders and customers (internal and external) needs are met.

• Act according to 3M regulation and policies.

• Other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Finance discipline or (1+) combined years of experience in Business, Accounting and/or Finance.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Analysis).
  

• Fluent in Business English. Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advance Portuguese is a plus.

• Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills

• Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests

• Flexible and detail oriented

• Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills
