Job Description:
As Customer Incentive Plan Analyst, you will play a key role in the Integrated Business Operations division. In this role you will be able
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
Reviewing Rebate and MDF claims and ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to 3M Global Financial Standards.
Provide payment to customers about MDF / Rebate claims requests.
May include coordination of various activities relevant for processes, including responding to general business and process related questions or issues.
Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure stakeholders and customers (internal and external) needs are met.
Act according to 3M regulation and policies.
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Finance discipline or (1+) combined years of experience in Business, Accounting and/or Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Analysis).
Fluent in Business English. Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Advance Portuguese is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
Flexible and detail oriented
Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills
