Job Description:

Primary Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with business and TTS leadership to define user requirements, and translate them to functional specifications
  • Perform analysis across Salesforce and associated integration points
  • Provide functional knowledge for the applications supported by 3M’s TTS support organization and associated business processes
  • Support management that includes response, resolution and follow-through of support incidents.
  • Facilitate interactions and escalations with appropriate groups
  • Provide testing support that include creation, maintenance, and execution of Functional Test Cases following established Quality Standards in support of one or more functional areas
  • Test reporting and progress updates to CRM Team (test coverage, defect management, root cause analysis, test results, etc)
  • Configure new functionality as requested by the business during each bi-weekly sprint
  • Collaborate as needed with other TTS support team members on configuration design questions and analysis
  • Follow best software development practices in documentation, code reviews, version control and commenting in code.
  • Participate in agile release level development and processes, attending scrum teamactivities/ceremonies.
  • Provide global Salesforce administration
  • Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field experience).
  • 2+ years of IT Experience with 2+ testing experience
  • Proven ability to develop test cases, test scenarios, and necessary test data
  • Experience with creation and execution of test cases, reporting defects, triaging defects, defining severity, and setting priority for each defect.
  • Experience working in a global support environment
  • Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills. The ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
