Keep up to date on industry trends, cultural evolution and socio-political events in the market, as well as standard processes in copywriting, translation and technical writing.In addition to project work, other opportunities include contributing to improving the tools to make software localisation workflows more efficient, helping to investigate the root causes of international issues that are found in localised software, evangelising best practices for localisation-friendly development and content, defining and driving improvements in our localised product.
Minimum Qualifications
- Software localisation experience
- Expert localisation or technical writer or journalistic experience
- Proficient in British English
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software localisation
- CAT tool knowledge
- Language qualifications in British English
- Degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation and/or equivalent experience
