KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with Honeywell's business goals and significantly contribute to business growth and profitability, particularly sales, pricing, marketing and CRM.
- Ensure a strong emphasis on innovation, AI, and generative AI.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance online sales channels and customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI and evaluate their potential application within Honeywell’s IT landscape.
- Assure IT solutions for the business provide an exceptional user experience while being compliant and cyber-safe.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommend IT solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
- Implement and manage advanced CRM systems to improve customer interactions and sales processes.
- Develop strategies to leverage data analytics and CRM tools for sales optimization and targeted marketing.
- Accountable for end-to-end Service/Platform including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Incentive Planning (SIP), and Leads Management
- Develop and understand the end-to-end CRM architecture and dependencies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT leaders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT department and Honeywell business partners.
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to identify and meet their IT needs.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and other business units.
- Drive healthy SPI, CPI, and EVA metrics throughout project execution.
- Assure IT solutions for the business provide an exceptional user experience while being compliant and cyber-safe.
- Manage IT budget for sales, and CRM initiatives. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on IT performance, challenges, and achievements.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
- Minimum 10 years of Salesforce (or equivalent) Applications experience in relation to development and operations
- Experience leading sales, marketing, pricing and/or CRM projects
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Experience as a people leader
