Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Predictive analytics
Data Visualization using Tableau
Deep knowledge of HR Procedures (I&D health metrics)
Statistical significance testing
Technical presentations of advanced models and statistical tests to non-technical audience
Statistical analysis using SQL, R, Python, or SAS
Validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
Consulting stakeholders in possible remediations in I&D processes and best practices
