What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Daily handling of processing global bank transfers to our customers
- Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone
- Processing and monitoring our global bank payments and transactions with banks and providers aiming at avoiding any kind of delay/error – statuses, volumes, duplicates, rates, fees, technical issues, etc.
- Providing insights and suggestions on improvements and optimizations of the various flows
- Supporting internal and external customers regarding the Global Bank Transfer product
- Owning and maintaining ongoing communication cadence with internal and external banking relationship contacts
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
- Professional experience working with SQL – an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to analyze and action data
- Excellent written and verbal internal and external communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with many systems and different global teams within the company
- Curious and creative thinker, proactive, problem solver
- Strong Team Player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Action orientated and can handle high stress/impact events
