Daily handling of processing global bank transfers to our customers
Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone
Processing and monitoring our global bank payments and transactions with banks and providers aiming at avoiding any kind of delay/error – statuses, volumes, duplicates, rates, fees, technical issues, etc.
Providing insights and suggestions on improvements and optimizations of the various flows
Supporting internal and external customers regarding the Global Bank Transfer product
Owning and maintaining ongoing communication cadence with internal and external banking relationship contacts
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
Professional experience working with SQL required
Bachelors Degree
Ability to analyze and action data
Excellent written and verbal internal and external communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work with many systems and different global teams within the company
Curious and creative thinker, proactive, problem solver
Strong Team Player
Strong communication and customer service skills
Action orientated and can handle high stress/impact events

The annual base salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000.
