Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience partnering with third-party providers, implementation partners, or vendors.
4 years of experience in operations (i.e., scaled/sales operations, vendor management, or process/organizational development).
Preferred qualifications:
Program management and operational improvement experience supporting the scaling and efficiency of operations for business/sales functions.
Experience partnering with third-party service providers to jointly design and manage operational services for large-scale operations.
Experience with stakeholder influence and management, cross-functional partnerships, and executive leadership and cross-functional communication with all levels of management.
Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring success, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch/land such initiatives.
Strong change management experience and a demonstrated track record of staying organized.
