- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in HR Business partnership roles guiding and executing strategy, designing and executing global people programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with technical or analytical client teams.
- HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate across executive audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
