Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management role for the development of software systems in a cross-functional, cross-organizational context.
- 8 years of experience with Software Product Life Cycle (PLC).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements fororganizations.
- Experience managing projects in software engineering teams, especially innovative/novel engineering programs.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Ability to deliver complex software products.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
