Job Description:

We are seeking an Analyst of Employee Data to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to Core business processes for HR

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers.

  • Work across different departments identifying root cause of data problems, documenting the quality issues, addressing solutions and implement process improvement initiatives to solve them

  • Participate and perform testing and quality checks during the implementation of new versions of our HR system of records or process enhancements

  • Performs analytical deep dives and ad-hoc reporting to identify problems, opportunities, and actions required.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and results-oriented and to adapt quickly to changes

  • Learn fast new technologies and processes

  • Capable of thinking out the box on how different scenarios could be supported.

  • Aptitude to solve problems using data

  • Understand HR data relationships and implications for data mapping decisions.

  • Translate data into information, including visualization and report-writing skills

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of related experience in place of a degree.

  • 2+ years of proven experience in data analytics in a related department

  • Advanced English level to express ideas clearly and simply

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Employee Data or Business Analyst role

  • Experience in Workday
