Job Description:

Our team is focused on the Workday core, handling end-to-end global business processes such as hiring, job changes, terminations, and personal information. Additionally, we support merger and acquisition and employee records processes. This team also handles and supports cross-functional projects and supports testing and releases of the Workday system

  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to Core business processes for HR

  • Develop and design an audit process to quantify data quality handled by our team

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers.

  • Work across different departments, identifying the root cause of data problems, documenting the quality issues, addressing solutions, and implementing process improvement initiatives to solve them

  • Participate and perform testing and quality checks during the implementation of new versions of our HR system of records or process enhancements

  • Act as subject matter expert and support HR and Core business processes and tasks

  • Performs analytical deep-dives and ad-hoc reporting to identify problems, opportunities, and actions required.

  • Owns core HR data integrity, including scheduled/repeating audits (data quality), corrections, and controls.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

  • 3+ years of proven experience in data analytics in a related department

  • Advanced English level to express ideas clearly and simply

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office


Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in an Employee Data or Business Analyst role

  • Experience in Workday
