We are seeking a Regional HR Partner to support our dynamic and growing team in the Nordics. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Reporting to the HR Manager Nordics, you’ll work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR services that support our business goals.
You can be located either in Sweden (Stockholm) or Finland (Kuopio or Espoo.)
Key Responsibilities: - Lead employee relations efforts, resolving inquiries, conflicts, and conducting investigations
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top talent
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals
- Provide guidance to HR colleagues on HR best practices and regulations

You must have:
5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Proven experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in Swedish or Finnish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment
In-depth knowledge of performance management and talent acquisition strategies
Ability to navigate HR legal requirements and regulations
Other Nordic languages.
