JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Regional HR Partner to support our dynamic and growing team in the Nordics. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Reporting to the HR Manager Nordics, you’ll work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR services that support our business goals.

You can be located either in Sweden (Stockholm) or Finland (Kuopio or Espoo.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead employee relations efforts, resolving inquiries, conflicts, and conducting investigations
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit top talent
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals
  • Provide guidance to HR colleagues on HR best practices and regulations

You must have:
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Proven experience managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Swedish or Finnish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment
  • In-depth knowledge of performance management and talent acquisition strategies
  • Ability to navigate HR legal requirements and regulations
  • Other Nordic languages.
