What You’ll Do
  • Be aleader and credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission; exertinfluence to create positive change
  • Deliverboth strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers,including performance management, organizational design, learning anddevelopment, compensation programs and employee relations
  • Partnereffectively with HR centers of excellence including Immigration, Compensationand Benefits, Tesla Talent, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
  • Proactivelyidentify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner withmanagement to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Workwith leaders to develop effective organizational structures to driveorganizational health. Consult and coach all levels of management tobuild and serve high performing, diverse and inclusive teams
  • Supportshuman resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate managementpolicies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitivepersonnel communication and records
  • Alignsconduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resourcesleadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactionswith Company employees
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 4+years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or other HR role including coaching,employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR projectmanagement or program implementation
  • Experienceobjectively coaching employees and management through complex, difficult andemotional issues
  • Appliedknowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes for employment
  • Thoroughunderstanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles,concepts, practices and standards
  • Demonstratedexperience in organizational development, change management, coaching andcommunications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication;must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator
