As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with diverse and cross functional teams of experts to identify storage needs for HPC applications. You will work deeply with various segments of customers to identify their unique and fast evolving requirements and distil them for the engineering teams. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customers have a seamless end-to-end experience. You will leverage your knowledge of the HPC domain to identify trends, and guide product roadmap. • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  
  • OR equivalent experience.
    
• 3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  
• 3+ years in designing and implementing HPC applications in supercomputing architectures.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
  • OR software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in working with HPC/AI storage vendors to define products and delivery schedules aligned to mission objectives of leadership supercomputing programs.

• Partner with Software, Hardware, and Datacenter Engineering to design supercomputer-scale storage to meet customer mission objectives.
• Give key stakeholders data-driven recommendations based on identified risks.
• Define success criteria and create relationships for implementing multiple feature areas for highly complex cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate and ensure alignment across the business.
• Gather feedback, experiences, and requirements from customers to help set priorities for our product roadmap.
