RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create a strategic people analytics roadmap
  • Gather requirements, configure, test, maintain, and distribute complex reports and dashboards in Tableau and Workday
  • Partner with People Ops and People Systems to correct any data gaps
  • Analyze large data sets from multiple sources and surface digestible insights to People Business Partners and People Leadership Team to drive business decisions and support people team initiatives
  • Support ad hoc people data/report requests
  • Own Data Governance of people data within Tableau and Snowflake
  • Research best practices and trends with people analytics
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics
  • Fluent in data collection, aggregation, analysis, and visualization for various types of data
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau), cloud data warehouses (Snowflake), SQL, Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience leveraging data from a variety of HR tools - Workday, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Juno or other LMS
  • Experience in building relationships and delivering data across all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies
  • Solid understanding of privacy requirements and concerns around people data
