Develop, Design, and Maintain a Firm wide Metrics Reporting platform to support data driven decision-making through data visualizations

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, Design, and Maintain a Firm wide Metrics Reporting platform to support data driven decision-making through data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate non-compliance firm wide.
  • Leads the development of dashboard views to support the information needs of the Chief Data Analytics Office, Chief Data Officers, and Firm wide Data Risk, ensuring requirements are being met.
  • Collaborate closely with LOB/CF and CDAO business analysts and stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting requirements.
  • Perform requirements analysis and review related to stakeholder requirements for data analytics.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets and perform statistical analysis on large data sets, leading to insights about improving the business.
  • Working with varying business and technology partners, create a backlog and roadmap for the data visualization needs.
  • Partner with other data standards setting teams, to identify potential source data and new types of data needed to satisfy business asks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Data Visualization concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Hands on experience in Qlik & working knowledge of SQL.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Alteryx and experience developing interim reporting solutions for design iteration.
  • Skills in visualization technologies a plus (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java)
  • Knowledgeable in Jira
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
