Job Responsibility

• Responsible for leading the reporting/automation project end-to-end-to-end

• Identify the pain points for businesses and try to resolve those using various tools available like Qlik, Alteryx, Python, Databricks etc.

• Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the project lifecycle

• Assist team to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders

Professional Skills

• Knowledge of full software life cycle for reporting solution tools like Qlik Sense.

• Expertise in Qlik sense data modelling as well as UI design

• Data modelling in Databricks will be a big advantage

• Expertise in ETL tools like Alteryx and Python will be preferred

• Proactive approach to problem solving; strong analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills , influencing and relationship building skills

• Attention to details and a self-starter

• Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally

• Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; flexibility and ability to prioritize requests and multi-task

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of work experience, primarily in Qlik Sense, database.

• Experience working in an offshore engagement model, in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial industry

• Engineering degree preferred

• Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)

• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong time management and prioritization skills
