Key Responsibilities: -

  1. Pre-line Management:
  • Leading the scheduling and operations of pre-line activities on a seasonal basis, including vendor management and logistics support.
  • Create presentations for larger-scale projects and coordinate core team communication, senior management communication and key milestone meetings
  • To provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in conducting post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and analysing the pre-lines success/and improvement areas. Help prepare reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Work closely with multiple touch point of key contact, global, event staff, volunteers, and contractors. Provide support and guidance to ensure successful event execution.
  1. Key Account Management:
  • Work closely with market sales teams to drive commercial success in Top KA
  • Ensure clear and fast collaboration to support Alliance KA development within adidas
  • Define required processes to support expansion and operationalize for local teams
  • Identify Key Business/Growth Drivers of the assigned accounts and develop projects and activities in partnership with sales development and markets KA teams to grow/maximize our business, and to maintain and improve a profitable relationship with the accounts
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the assigned Key Accounts on a regular basis to pro-actively manage all business KPIs linked to adidas Market Key Accounts
  1. Processes & Reporting Enhancement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain scorecards to track and measure sales performance against key metrics (using digital tools & power BI).
  1. Strategic Alignment of High-Impact Projects:
  • Lead and align high-impact projects with strategic goals, including:
  • Reports & Power BI
  • WHS learning initiatives
  • WHS playbook development
  • Sales readiness programs

Key Relationships:

  • Global GTM, Global WHS
  • Market: EM WHS, EM Analytics, EM BU, EM CTC, EM MOPs
  • Country: WHS Account Teams
  • Cluster: Channels, Brand, CTC, MOPs, Demand Planning and Finance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Key Account Management across Local or Global partners
  • Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, vendor management, and logistics support
  • Proven track record in overseeing project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Commercial background in WHS/Retail
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze and monitor sales metrics
  • Experience with digital touchpoints in prior roles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the EM cluster)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategies
  • University degree in business, finance, analytics or Sales/Marketing
  • Experience in analytics and/or reporting role (commercial experience an advantage)
  • Previous industry experience in Sporting Goods, Retail, Fashion, FMCG an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management)
  • Functional: minimum 5+ years’ experience in global sales, ideally in the sporting goods industry
  • Cross-functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / finance
  • Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
