Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of professional technical product management and/or software development experience.
2+ years of experience
in Cloud Fundamentals, Virtual Machines, Control Plane;
AND problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Ability to concisely frame problems, conceptualize simple solutions, and make decisions based on data and metrics with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, make quick decisions and understand the consequences.
Experience with data analysis. Including Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI, Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), and SQL.
Knowledge of regulatory / compliance requirements. (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Responsibilities
Partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas.
Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
Define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects.
Coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.
Deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.
Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
Lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.
