Lead the development of digital marketing plans that are aligned to the customer journey.
Ensure digital tactics including webpage development, SEM, Programmatic Advertising, social media, and email marketing are executed on time and on budget to high quality standards.
Partner with external agencies as needed for digital advertising programs.
Publish social media content across platforms with accuracy and Q/A as part of process.
Partner with analytics teams to show value of programs and provide a regular cadence of reports.
Build, activate and manage cross-functional relationships with digital marketing, analytics, UX/Design, MarTech, IT and others as needed.
Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices with internal and external teams.
Support research requirements including social media listening and competitive reviews.
Work with project management team to ensure a comprehensive editorial calendar is always up to date.
Support other critical endoscopy digital programs as assigned
What we’re looking for in you:
At least 2 to 5 years of digital marketing and communications experience, with 1 to 2 years driving customers through a digital decision journey in a B2C or B2B environment
Bachelors degree required
Candidates must have experience in SEM & SEO, digital adverting (including programmatic advertising), social media, and email marketing.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
User experience and content strategy understanding is a plus. Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
