The purpose of this role is to learn, support and ensure local Argentinean Payroll activities besides other regional activities. This role acts in accordance to policies and legal regulations described in defined documents and applied locally.

What you’ll do:

Latin America Centralized Payroll Services

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the Payroll SMEs in the Regional Payroll organization and also following the DMT (Data Management Team) and Payroll guidance for payroll controls
• Execute monthly Argentinean payroll reports
• Execute onboarding payroll sessions; learn and support local, regional and global Payroll projects.

• Currently studyingBusiness Administration, HR, Economy, Accounting,or related courses.
• Fluent in Spanish is a MUST
• Intermediate English and Portuguese is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must have good accuracy and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Academic and/or professional communication skills; both written and verbal
• Flexible and adaptable
