Primary contact for manufacturing space readiness coordination with Factory EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), facilities, and commissioning team
Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and design teams to support design development and tool vendor coordination
Design reviews (primarily tool utility connections and interconnections), focused on constructability opportunities and validating tool and room requirements
Develop, communicate, and improve upon site logistics and project plans; this includes understanding construction and startup systems sequences, determining laydown requirements, negotiating scope delineations between vendor and factory teams, planning for crane operations, supporting tool delivery coordination, and confirming tool move-in strategy
Buyout and manage tool rigging millwright
Buyout (when not owned by tool vendor) and manage tool interconnections
Coordinate with the local procurement team to create biddable work packages (RFP) and verify contractor bids against technical capacity, cost estimates, schedule milestones
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a role that supports large industrial construction projects in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors, Healthcare, Data Center or equivalent high-tech Factories
Understanding of construction drawings and processes, and Ability to sequence installations for multiple disciplines between different construction trades
Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to, awarded scopes of work and contracts, schedules, budgets and drawings, P&IDs, specifications and execution requirements
Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find the correct information
Must have Experience in Cost Estimation or calculating ROIs
Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
